On November 30th 2021, the Armenian Catholic Mesrobian High School was visited by Mr. Patrick Dugand, the Principal of the Lycée Louis Casimir Teyssier, one of the leading educational institutions in the Bitche region of France, on the occasion of the signing of a partnership agreement between his institution and Mesrobian, which took place in the French Institute of Lebanon.
As a continuation of the previously held online meetings, Mr. Dugand and Mesrobian’s Principal, Mr. Gregoire Kaloust, discussed ideas for cooperation between the two schools in the light of the signed agreement. On this occasion, the French partner paid a long visit to various departments of Mesrobian and got acquainted with the work of each of them.

This agreement comes as a result of the Mesrobian College’s international accreditation with the Label FrancÉducation, which took place on October 27th of this year. Label FrancÉducation is considered a quality seal in the field of French language teaching in the world. Currently, 30 schools in Lebanon have got this accreditation and, 523 worldwide, among which Mesrobian is the only Armenian school.
In the evening, Mr. Patrick Dugand took part in the ceremony of the illumination of the Christmas tree in Mesrobian’s main courtyard where he addressed the audience on that occasion.
