Reality star Kim Kardashian spoke about her and her family’s recent trip to Armenia as she appeared on the May 25 episode of “Live! With Kelly & Michael.”
The family was in Armenia, the Kardashians’ ancestral homeland, and Kim Kardashian says the visit had a profound effect on her.
“That’s my heritage,” she said. “My parents had never been, my grandparents had never been; they talked about it my entire life.”
“So the fact that we were able to go – and we brought our cousins and my daughter, and I was teaching her some Armenian words, eating all the Armenian food – it was… I’d never felt so at home.”
As for Kanye’s concert in Yerevan, she said it was a last minute decision and they were surprised to see more than 5,000 people gathered at the Swan Lake.
