During the meeting of State Secretary Grigory Karasin, who is also Russia’s Deputy FM, and Azerbaijani FM Elmar Mammadyarov in Baku today, special attention was attached to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement, the Russian MFA reports.
“The issues on Russian-Azerbaijani bilateral relations, including preparation to meetings at political level in accordance with the signed agreements were discussed. The sides [also] exchanged opinions on the development of the situation in the region and prospects for cooperation of Russia and Azerbaijan with neighbor countries.
Special attention was attached to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement, as well as the process of drawing up documents related to international cooperation in the Caspian” the MFA statement reads.
