On October 1, at about 22:30, in the southwest part of Armenian-Azerbaijani state border, one of the subdivisions of the Azerbaijani Armed forces, which was located in Nakhchivan, made an attempt to violate the sate border along the direction of Yeraskh for unknown reasons for the Armenian side, which has been already prevented by the subdivisions of Armenian Armed Forces.
As “Hayern Aysor” was informed from the Information and Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, the enemy retreated in the result of the shootings from the both sides. Armenian Ministry of Defense warns that the enemies’ attempts to sharpen the situation along the direction of Nakhchivan of Armenian-Azerbaijani state borders will be severely punished.
