2015 Principal Prince Claus Laureate Iranian-Armenian photojournalist Newsha Tavakolian has decided to share her prize with Syrian and Iraqi refugees. “Armenpress” reports, referring to Nouvelles d`Armenie, that before this Tavakolian conducted activities in Syria and Iraq.
The Armenian photojournalist’s prize is rather valuable and she has decided to be really lavish towards the refugees. “It’s difficult to be happy with the prize when I see the hotspots I work in and how thousands of people leave their homes to make living. ”, said Tavakolian.
