Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan was present at a solemn ceremony of opening a new dwelling district in the town of Martouni on November 29.
As ARMENPRESS was informed from the press service of the Artsakh President’s Office, the Head of the State congratulated the citizens who have got new apartments underlining that commissioning of the new apartments was primarily aimed at improving people’s social conditions and this policy would be of a continuous nature. President Sahakyan highlighted the significance of the district for the regional center noting that it would also add a new quality to the architecture of Martouni.
Minister of State Grigory Martirosyan and other officials were present at the event.
