Former Prosecutor General Gevorg Kostanyan has been involved in March 1 case as a defendant, press secretary of the Special Investigation Service Marina Ohanjanyan told ARMENPRESS.
“A decision has been made to press charges against Gevorg Kostanyan and in line with the part 1 of Article 203 of the criminal code of the Republic of Armenia he has been offered to report to the investigating body so as the charges are pressed”, she said.
Back in September Kostanyan had been invited to the Special Investigation Service. He had told that he is abroad and will retune in a few days.
