ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նախորդ 1.5 տարվա ընթացքում լարվածության կտրուկ նվազում է արձանագրում սահմանին:«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ այս մասին Փաշինյանն ասաց «Ֆեյսբուք»-ի իր էջի ուղիղ եթերում:
«Ընդհանուր առմամբ այն իրավիճակը, որ մենք ունենք հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերություններում, իր մեջ միշտ էլ վտանգներ պարունակում է, բայց ես ուզում եմ ասել, որ այդ վտանգներն այսօր ավելին չեն, քան եղել են օրինակ՝ 3, 4, 5 տարի առաջ: Եթե հիմա մոնիտորինգի ենթարկենք սահմանային իրավիճակը, լարվածության աստիճանը, կտեսնենք, որ նախորդ 1.5 տարվա ընթացքում ընդհանրապես լարվածության շատ կտրուկ և էական անկում ունենք, և այդ անկումը տեղի է ունեցել Դուշանբեի հայտնի քննարկումների համատեքստում»,- ասաց Փաշինյանը:
ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշեց նաև, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման գործընթացքում ևս հետաքրքիր դինամիկա կա:
«Ցավոք, լարվածությունն, ընդհանուր առմամբ, շատ ավելի ցածր մակարդակի, բայց կա, շարունակվում է, և, ցավոք, մենք այսօր էլ ունենում ենք զոհեր: Ոչ ոք չի ասում, որ Ղարաբաղի հարցի խաղաղ կարգավորման ենք հասել, բայց մյուս կողմից կարծում եմ, որ բանակցային գործընթացում կա բավականին հետաքրքիր դինամիկա, և ես լավատես եմ, որ այն կզարգանա»,- ասաց Փաշինյանը:
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan says the tension at the border has abruptly decreased during the past 1,5 years.
“Generally the situation which we have in the Armenian-Azerbaijani relations always contains dangers in it, but I would like to say that today these dangers aren’t more than for example three, four or five years ago. If we were to monitor the border situation now, the degree of tension, we would see that during the past 1,5 years we generally have a very abrupt and significant drop in tension, and this drop took place in the context of the well-known Dushanbe discussions,” Pashinyan said, referring to his first meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev during the September 2018 CIS summit in Tajikistan where the two leaders agreed to reduce tensions.
PM Nikol Pashinyan also noted that there is an interesting dynamics in the NK conflict settlement process also.
“Unfortunately, the tension – overall on a much lower level – exists, continues, and unfortunately we are having losses today also. No one is saying that we have reached peaceful settlement of the Karabakh issue, but on the other hand I think there is a rather interesting dynamics in the negotiations process, and I am optimistic that it will develop,” the Armenian Prime Minister said.
