President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian sent a congratulatory letter to President of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan on his birthday, the Armenian President’s Office told Armenpress.
The letter runs as follows:

Your have served your experience, reputation and skills to solve with dignity the complex situations for Artsakh also before that, both during the years of the Artsakh liberation fight and war and holding different state positions. And serving as President of Artsakh for two terms with the trust vote of the people confidently proves that you have achieved success.
