A new choir named “Sayat Nova” is being formed under the sponsorship and through the efforts of the Holy Spirit Church of Amsterdam, reports the Diary of the Netherlands, according to Hayern Aysor.
The new group will mainly perform Armenian folk and patriotic songs and will be under the direction of experienced musician Armen Armenakyan (Arminak apstok), who is popular in the Netherlands and has performed in the cities of many countries, including the Dutch cities of Zvole, Deventr and Dronte.
