CSTO Council of Foreign Ministers meeting was launched early this week by chairmanship of Edward Nalbandian.
The foreign ministers discussed the issues of agenda of the upcoming session of Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).
Armenian President Serge Sarksian was also present in the Russian federation who attended the session of the Collective Security Council with Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Russian leaders. Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization Nikolay Bordyuzha also attended the session. The heads of CSTO member countries exchanged views on the situation in the world and international security issues and the possible actions of CSTO over the mentioned issues during the upcoming session.
During the period 2015-2016 the Cochair of CSTO Collective Security Council is Armenian President Serge Sarksian.
